Guidelines for Oral Presentation Files

Authors whose papers have been accepted for oral presentation are requested to prepare their presentation file according to the following guidelines.

The presentation should clearly and concisely introduce the main objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions of the research.

Recommended Presentation Structure

Presenters are encouraged to organize their slides in the following order:

    • Paper title
    • Author(s) name
    • University / Institution
    • Country
    • Conference name
  2. Introduction
    • Background of the research
    • Research problem
    • Importance of the study
  3. Research Objectives
    • Main research objectives
    • Research questions or hypotheses, where applicable
  4. Methodology
    • Research design
    • Data collection
    • Participants / Sample
    • Research methods and analytical techniques
  5. Results / Findings
    • Main findings
    • Tables, charts, figures, or relevant data
  6. Discussion
    • Interpretation of the findings
    • Comparison with previous research, where applicable
  7. Conclusion
    • Main conclusions
    • Practical or theoretical implications
    • Recommendations and future research

File Format

Please prepare your presentation in one of the following formats:

  • PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx)
  • PDF (.pdf)

We recommend using 16:9 widescreen format for better online presentation.

Recommended Number of Slides

A presentation of approximately 8–15 slides is recommended. Presenters should avoid excessive text and focus on the most important aspects of their research.

Presentation Design

For an effective academic presentation:

  • Use clear and readable fonts.
  • Keep the text concise.
  • Use high-quality charts, tables, and figures.
  • Avoid placing large amounts of text on a single slide.
  • Make sure all charts and images are clearly visible.
  • Use consistent formatting throughout the presentation.

Please name your presentation file using the following format:

Submission of Presentation File

Authors may be requested to submit their final presentation file before the conference. The submission deadline and method for uploading or sending the presentation file will be communicated to registered presenters.

Important Notice for Virtual Presenters

Since the conference will be held virtually, presenters should ensure that their presentation file is compatible with online screen sharing.

Presenters are also advised to check their:

  • Microphone
  • Camera, if required
